PRB-500 Fiber Optic Probe for Applications like MRI Coil Measurements

For applications requiring a very durable probe, OSENSA is introducing a nylon polymer fiber optic temperature sensor based on phosphor decay that is immune to RF energy, as well as magnetic and high voltage electrical fields. The rugged PRB-500 Fiber Optic Probe has a 1000-micron tip diameter and very small bend radius. It features a rounded tip for insertion into small animals, gel filled phantoms, MRI coils, and wireless power transfer coils. It is used for device case temperature testing, nanoparticle temperature sensing and skin temperature sensing. The PRB-500 has a temperature range from -40° to 100° Celsius.
